After holding back for a very long time, it looks like I’m going to get into #3dprinting. I never wanted to tinker with it. My hope is that this will “just work” and doesn’t require much hand holding. Let’s see. My other hope is that AI will make it easier to model custom things. 🖨️🤖
Last year, I began volunteering with the #THW (Technisches Hilfswerk - Federal Agency for Technical Relief). This May, I completed my basic training (Grundausbildung). I didn't expect to be helping so soon.
After days of heavy rain, rivers in southern Germany overflowed, causing partial flooding in several cities, including #Passau. For days, I helped transport and stack sandbags, pump water, and clean up.
Despite the difficult circumstances, I was grateful to contribute to the relief efforts.
Watching all kinds of wild bees being super busy in spring is the best. 😎🐝
