It’s approaching the warmest hours of the day and the Pycnanthemum continues to be a popular pollinator. A nearby honey bee hive has been visiting this patch for the past few days. The wasps and flies are no where to be seen. Bumblebees prefer the Monarda, not pictured. #nativeplants #pollinators #gardening

Aid is getting into #Asheville and #WNC in the aftermath of #Helene. Mutual aid groups and governments across #northcarolina are soliciting supplies and donations to truck and fly into the area, including drop-off points in major NC cities.
