The other house was built by my neighbor. A building company started by his dad and now owned by the son. Nicest man, I love his taste and style. This house was MUCH smaller than the flagship but still lists for $1.2m.
Saw a few houses on the #NorthCarolina Parade of homes today. Just crazy off the hook. Some people have waaaaay too much money.
The flagship house had a huge covered patio, 6 bedrooms, a cavernous master bath plus a game room with a pool table, a yoga / exercise room with sauna and even a personal salon with hair station and a masseuse table. 😳
