I just learned about this website https://infinitemac.org, having such fun playing with the old NextStep from 1992. What a way to spend the weekend, having good memories.
Infinite Mac

A classic Mac loaded with everything you'd want.

I'm looking for US/North America remote work and would love any boosts!

I'm a product designer who's made accessible design systems, trained people in human-centered design, managed teams, and still knows how to do the work. I've worked with governments, EV tech, and more.

I also wrote a book called We Need to Talk (Rosenfeld, 2025), so I'm good with nearly any kind of tricky conversation.

I managed to get the Amstrad ALT-386SX laptop to boot! W00t!
Even better is, that it's the original 40MB HDD!
Behold one of Alan Sugar's technology successes:

Hey gang, I really need a job. UK, remote, something to do with computers.

I've been doing all sorts of software plumbing for a decade now, I can speak C, Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, even a bit of Assembly for certain architectures in a pinch.

I might not be extremely specialized in any one area but you bet I can solve that one nagging problem you're not sure what specialist you need for. I've done frontend, backend, embedded, everything.

Please boost!

As a #blind #hacker I often get the question of how to break into the #cybersecurity field when #accessibility is a concern. What courses, platforms and tools would work best?
One consequence of this is the IC_Null channel on #Twitch where I look into various aspects of this in live streams through the lens of a #screenReader user.
What I haven't done yet, is an outright head-to-head between the various answers you usually get to this question: #hackTheBox, #tryHackMe, #picoCTF, #parrotCTFS, #letsDefend , etc.
In tonight's stream that is a question we'll start responding to. This is useful for people who develop for the #web, are active in the #ctf organizing space or just work in #tech in general. In two hours, I shall be dissecting a few of these platforms from an accessibility perspective and point out the failings, as well as things that are actually really good!
Would love to have you join, over at https://twitch.tv/ic_null and/or https://youtube.com/@viewpointUnseen #selfPromo #stream
IC_null - Twitch

Fully blind person hacking, coding and tinkering while using a screen reader. THM, HTB, accessibility, all the things.

Wooo!

Bazaar was finally added to #Flathub about six hours ago, and it is already available for download!

It was honestly one of my biggest pet peeves when it came to using #flatpak, the lack of an independent GUI app to search and install apps, which made flatpaks more fiddly to use on something other than GNOME or KDE (or in distros that don't ship with a Software Center).
