My #kombucha is #brewing. Made from black tea, green tea and a mix.

Eating the berries of Leycesteria formosa, also known as, pheasant berry, they taste like burned figs or salty caramel when ripe. When not fully ripe it tastes horribly bitter. #caprifoliaceae

Other common names include Himalayan honeysuckle, pheasant-eye, Elisha's tears, flowering nutmeg, spiderwort, Cape fuchsia, whistle stick, Himalaya nutmeg, granny's curls, partridge berry, chocolate berry, shrimp plant/flower and treacle tree/berry. Akso recorded as Symphoricarpos rivularis Suksdorf

#Jagodzianka (a traditional #Polish bun with #bilberries, #Vaccinium myrtillus, that is currently very hyped in #Poland, similarly to #cardamom buns in #Copenhagen) and #zakwas buraczany diluted with water
Żurek, the most essential Polish soup, based on sour rye Zakwas with half a hard boiled egg and pieces of kiełbasa. An absolutely mouth watering meal for the price of 11 złoty
Eating and drinking my way through Poland. Beetroot kvas and mixed vegetable kvas, kombucha, insane amounts of bilberries and raspberries (even 100% raspberry juice!). And all sorts of exotic things like Paulownia leaf syrup, that probably would not be allowed for human consumption back in Denmark

Second hand book shopping haul (not pictured: Salomonsens Konversation Leksikon I-XXVI). 34 books plus a cup of coffee: 185,- which the seller quickly lowered to 130 Danish kroner. After a bit of negotiations I paid 150,- cash money.

It is a fun local custom in Langeland to haggle the other way, trying to haggle down your sale prices or to haggle up when you buy.

Bræmle, Hessel, Vøjre as they call it in Langeland. Or in English: bramble, hazel, willow
