Hi, does anyone want to try out my ”dungeon faller” and possibly give me some useful feedback? #godot https://papaquark.itch.io/grail-dungeon

In this creepy "Dungeon Faller," you play as the very pale and very stale recently deceased man called Rigor Mortis.

I am making a #Godot4 tutorial on how to use noise to make a proc gen map. I kept messing around and got this cool realistic style. #godotengine

I am making a #Godot4 tutorial on how to use noise to make a proc gen map.

I have started recording, it is quite challenging but at least I have a lot of bloopers material done. Confusing noise and nose is pretty silly 🤪

Meanwhile I expanded the experiment with animated clouds and rivers. I used a second noise texture to sample the clouds and a third one with another algorithm to do the rivers. #godotengine

I rehersed the script to make sure I could get through it. I learned a couple of things.
•it took longer than planned
•my keyboard is loud
•I need to paste or speed up repetitive parts of writing code

I am making a tutorial where you use perlin noice to create a map with an animated shoreline 🙂 #godotengine
Fiddling with a little gravity based game mechanic. You steer the ship by moving the point of gravity. #indiedev #godot
I have finally designed my button manager system. Phun intended. #godot #indiedev
Learning #godotengine is really fun. #gamedev
