Update: hab noch eine Tube "Pattex Special Kleber" für Kunststoff gefunden, und damit ließ sich das Armband problemlos kleben. Die Reparatur jetzt einen Tag lang gehalten und zeigt keine Spuren von Abnutzung. Mal sehen, wie sich das entwickelt!
Einen Adapter, um stattdessen ein Standard-Armband anzubauen, fänd ich trotzdem interessant!

Habt ihr Erfahrungen damit, Armbänder von Smartwatches "nachhaltig" zu reparieren? Am liebsten wären mir z.B. 3D-gedruckte Adapter, damit ich in Zukunft Standard-Ambänder verwenden kann; ist das realistisch? Oder gibt es andere schlaue Reparaturen? Gaffa-Tape verklebt vmtl. schnell die Haare auf der Haut?
Werd ansonsten mal beim Repaircafé vorbeischauen; aber ich würd da gern schon mit Ideen aufkreuzen.
Gibt es hier Leute, die #Smartwatch|es empfehlen können, die: a) den #Schlaf tracken können. b) die Daten nicht irgendwie in eine fremde, von anderen einsehbare Cloud laden. Und c) auf möglichst viel #OpenSource code (oder gar #OpenHardware) setzen?

Some weeks/months ago there was a software development blog post on the topic of rewriting, with the overall direction "try to never even get into the situation that a rewrite is the best option".
Do you know which article that was? I can't find it any more, and could really use it now.
