I had a lot of fun building these microinteractions and making my site feel at home on Apple platforms
I can’t count how much time I spent on this popover animation—it got me inspecting screen recordings frame by frame
It marked a great opportunity for me to give my writing a permanent home on my own domain, and have full control over how they’re presented

It’s based on postcards: a design constraint that helped me make more thoughtful decisions about what I want to say, how to stay succinct, and how to do it graphically. They also focus attention and scale well to mobile

I bought the #Samsung ViewFinity S9 27″ 5K monitor to use with my #Mac and gaming PC
It was going well until I noticed the text was weirdly sharp, then using its much-advertised Smart Calibration feature is an absolute nightmare!
