Quixel Megascans is going to be free for everyone for the rest of 2024!

KAPLAY alpha 20 released
Before I disappear into a rabbit hole: any good texture atlas implementations that are dynamic (i.e. textures can be added to atlas, but also removed from atlas, incrementally)? I know of etagere/guillotiere as used in Firefox (https://nical.github.io/posts/etagere.html) and Mapbox shelfpack (https://github.com/mapbox/shelf-pack-cpp).
Any others I have missed?
It looks like most texture atlasii are "pack only" without options for removal or incremental/dynamic nature.
