While we're reconstructing the new branding service & website, the studio has a new #podcast that covers #design, #art, #tech, #culture, and the art of #freelance. I hope it helps entertain as well as inform or educate.

For now the podcast page will be the homepage until we open up our offerings in the middle of the year.

Synchronized 'Precision Walking' demonstrated by Japanese high school students.

Quite fascinating.

Who else had the Talkboy from Home Alone 2: Lost in New York?

I actually still have the cassette tape with my recordings on it.

Hearing your 6th grade self is a mindjob.

I’ve had 6 #Mastodon #app/s in rotation on my phone for weeks.

A few of them are head-to-head.

I can’t decide and it’s driving me mad.

What's the one album you wish you could listen to for the first time again?

You know those random grooves you see on toothpicks sometimes?

The purpose is to break it at the centermost groove and use the other as a rest for the toothpick tip to be able to use it again (in the very near future, of course).

Who else knows about this? Or didn’t?

A must-read.

One takeaway:

“But what is at the bottom of this anxiety that drives artists to abandon safe traditional techniques in certain markets, and to sell mass-produced articles in shops and not in galleries?

It is probably the desire to get back into #society, to re-establish contact with their neighbours, to create an #art for everyone and not just for the chosen few with bags of money.”

A sneak peak of an upcoming #graphic tee for a small capsule series from the #studio. ETA Spring.

The #design was taken from a sketch in an #editorial draft I did a while back depicting what I consider "the maze of life".

It signifies that no matter how close you feel to liberation, challenges await. And that's what makes us stronger.

Keep on keepin' on, #Mastodon family.

Mount Roraima in South America is one of the most underappreciated topographic marvels on earth. Such an eye-catching formation that looks so artistically intentional.
