#today I think about some writing. Recent days have left me wanting to write different things on the blog. Arguments and disagreements. What I think needs doing vs what will happen. Instead I go do coffee at La Latte and find the measure of a nice little corner in this coffee house. A place to park. To check in all the preconceptions at the front door.
Just do the coffee here it feels like it says. So I do.
This messed up internet most of the morning. Now we have internet service back. Normally Smart Axiata is very stable. There are three different mobile and internet providers in the kingdom. Now we no longer need service from Thailand. It’s all because of border issues and worsening relations between the two. I will never go back to Thailand again.

I got up this morning in a lot of pain, Theo threw up his breakfast, and with all that's going on in the US, I've been feeling very close to total meltdown.
But I drank some coffee and forced myself out to walk, then took a long shower. All of those things helped. I'll eat breakfast in a minute, and I expect that will help too.
Then it's out to run errands for most of the morning. I'm hoping I'll get some more writing done this afternoon. That will help most of all.

The weather is just right & it isn’t the weekend, so I’m off for another hike, though nothing as epic as the last.
Time for a new area. Rock Creek. Babcock Mountain.
I’ve worked hard this last week and need to unwind where cares are carried down the creek.
