I have never once violated Twitters rules or terms of service. I’ve never had a single tweet flagged, my account was permanently banned with no warning and with no reason, after I reached out to Musk for comment.

Yet at the time many "experts" were trotted out to say they were real. And now 70 years later, some people STILL defend them.
Experts are sometimes wrong.
Mastodon reminds me of the days when I first joined Twitter. I had no idea how to use it, or who to follow, and basically I didn't really use it for about a year. But at some point a critical mass of connections was made and it sprang to life for me.
