I got the veggies and sausage prepped for tonight's fondue. I think I might plan for grocery day to be veggie/meat prep day and get takeaway or similar until I start to refill the food library with dinners.
I did get some souper cube knockoffs for making component prep easier. I think the first plan is for burrito bowls.
The second will be for curry and rice.
Third will probably be egg roll in a bowl, but I don't have the stuff for that at the moment.
And any leftovers from New Years' feasting, of course.
