Healthy breakfast. Zero morning effort.

→ ½ cup oats
→ ½ cup milk
→ 1 tbsp chia seeds
→ Vanilla, salt, honey

Stir. Seal tightly. Refrigerate overnight.

Meal prep trick: Make 5 jars on Sunday — they keep up to 5 days. Grab one each morning.

Top with berries, banana, nuts, chocolate.
