1st Day kid free, after three full, amazing, albeit knackering weeks. I like to take the day off, to savour every moment of silence, mindfully listen to the melodic chirping of birds, the gentle tapping of the rain on the window, my wind chimes in the garden… until someone decides to invite their gardener for work in January 😵‍💫 40min of leaf blower action 😳 Why??

Husband took over #bedtime with the youngest shortly after we stopped nursing and he’s still in charge years on. They have their own routine (the usual book, an episode of Apple and Onion, cuddles to sleep, although the latter is phasing out, as getting older).
Every now and then I do bedtime, which includes: songs (him telling me to stop), inversion practice, me getting excited for cuddles and him pushing me away, ending with him actually going to sleep on his own, all grown up 😱 #yogamom

A yogi, owner of 10 #vivobarefoot pairs of shoes, trying to balance on icy pavement on super high heels 😳😄 I had both husband and chauffeur helping me to get in the car and not fall on my face 😄 (I couldn’t film that part, obviously)

With all of the horrible things happening in the world, it’s nice to find the wins. Especially in the area of our environment. A group called Coral Guardian is restoring coral reefs, and it’s quite magnificent.

These photos represent 7 years of work on the Indonesia’s Hatamin Island. In this they have increased the fish population by 5x with 53k corals restored.
