Stop the UK Government's anti-asylum Bill - Best for Britain
Gary Lineker is right. The Government’s so-called ‘Illegal Migration Bill’ is “immeasurably cruel”. It is also legally, morally and practically unworkable. Add your name to this petition calling on the Government to live up to their obligations under international law, to reestablish safe routes for refugees and asylum seekers, and to treat people fleeing war, famine and persecution with dignity and compassion.
While shopping over the wkend we spotted the new #LegoFriends sets that have characters that have visible and invisible disabilities. I always get excited when I see disability included within mainstream toys - so it brought a smile to my face!

Yesterday the High Court (UK) ruled that the immigration exception is unlawful in the judicial review we brought with the3million.
The exception lets the Home Office and private companies refuse requests by individuals for access to their personal data on the grounds that it might 'prejudice the maintenance of effective immigration control'. This denial can prevent migrants from challenging mistakes in the data and immigration decisions.
