@mmiller94 I would say I classify as a nerd (well, I'm on here), and when referring to the service with friends I would always just use "Apple", "Apple TV", or "the Apple one" - @viticci is spot on.

@caseyliss long-time ex-Genius (cringe) - we used to offer a whole phone replacement for the cost of the battery as it was not safe to remove.

@serriere @Drwave Second the Dream Machine Pro recommendation. If you get the SE model, it may even do away with their need for a seperate PoE switch depending on how many cameras they have. Are the Eeros also reporting connectivity issues, or just the devices connecting to the Eeros? (i.e. is it in internet connectivity or wireless connectivity.)

@Drwave Silo had quite a few differences to the book (Wool), too, that are pretty big divergences from the book. Some I understand as they make the the translation from book to show easier, others just feel more like a different story line. Will be interesting to see where Season 2 takes it.
