Today, the Scottish Parliament voted overwhelmingly in favor of protecting trans rights. It wasn't even close. The lawmakers of Scotland actually listened to medical experts, respected science, and refused to permit hateful propaganda to dictate control of vulnerable people. 🏴❤️
A few things I wish Labour would say…
- We’ll investigate the fraud & corruption of this Tory Govt
- We’ll ditch Rwanda plan
- We’ll introduce PR
- We’ll prioritise NHS
- We’ll back the unions
- We’ll tax the ultra rich
- We’ll stop being such bellends about Brexit.

Prosecutors allege they evaded tax & took £millions out of a Spanish company to put in their pockets. The company went bankrupt 4 years later, costing 200 workers at a cable factory near Santander their jobs.

UK Govt has kept so many workers in year-on-year pay cuts for 10 years. Eventually, there is a breaking point, it's inevitable, and our govt has gone beyond it. The govt has brought this on themselves through their policies, choices and failure.
So I don't know how to summarize this.
Exposure to Covid is gambling with death and disability. And some people get lucky while gambling. But it's better to stack the deck in your favor.
The most fucked up policy decision global leaders made vis à vis COVID was telling the public that it was safe to send kids to school and to return to work.
We now have an entire generation of children and their parents who will suffer the effects of long COVID－ either directly or indirectly－ long after today's world leaders are long gone. smdh.
