Negative. I am a meat popsicle.
@codinghorror @nicolas17 @oblomov @stevenodb @siracusa Bottleneck gaming at low-end price/perf tiers is typically the GPU, not the CPU. Apple iGPUs are power-efficient and reasonably performant (on max chips anyway), but they don't embarrass AMD/Nvidia.

@viticci Hopefully they support Firefox in addition to Chrome and Edge.

If they do, and it's generally a pleasant experience, I'll definitely switch from Bitwarden.

@lindsey @jerry I watched the movie twenty years ago too but didn't remember zerocool's real name before looking it up. Your memory must be better than mine!
@lindsey @jerry Easy to be confident when anonymous. "Dade Murphy" was a character from the movie Hackers.
@jerry IMO the whole argument is silly and everything should interoperate by default, honestly. But opt-in is a fine compromise.
@rvcx @itsshevee @gruber @julipuli everybody currently using RCS uses Google’s proprietary version, as far as I can tell. It is essentially the same as iMessage, centralized. To their credit Google did try to get carriers to use standard RCS but they completely failed to do it, so Google just rolled their own.

@matthewcassinelli I've had the audioengine HD3s for 6 years now. I'm no audiophile but to me they sound excellent. Get the little stands to angle them upwards too if you decide to go that way.

Speakers with a separate subwoofer would no doubt sound better, but I'm attempting to be more minimalist. Down to only 2 monitors, heh.

@rmondello Unfortunately not cross-platform-- could that be added later on? Ideally without running the Apple iCloud app in the background, as it doesn't exist on Linux.
@viticci Thanks for the tip! Picked it up. Very appreciative they offer a flat purchase price, a red line for me.
@jerry I've been using securecrt for decades now, have dozens of saved sessions. If I had it to do over I'd probably just use the vscode terminal.
