Getting that ground wore down. Working on feeling relaxed everywhere especially the tense areas. Minimal mental and body “doing stuff.” When I did the circle walking I could not feel my body, like a light went out. When I was walking, no problem, can feel the container jelly inside, but as soon as I started stretching on the circle walking, poof. Will be curious to see how this develops. Working on keeping the same mental and body feel at all times in the various exercises.
