Good walk today. Worked mostly on timing, but forgot the foot-couple. Next time.

Morning workout. Walking felt closer to standing than it has in the past. I realize by doing a bunch of stuff (like relaxing) I miss this feeling. Worked timing and light yi. #meditation #ucbprogram #taichi #notalkjusttrain

Trying to let go of the athleticness. Starting to see how it can get in the way of training. Using too much shoulder. Mapping things out in my body, especially tense areas. Working to relax those tense areas and keep all muscles relaxed. Trained until I felt more quiet. #taichi #mindfulness

Getting that ground wore down. Working on feeling relaxed everywhere especially the tense areas. Minimal mental and body “doing stuff.” When I did the circle walking I could not feel my body, like a light went out. When I was walking, no problem, can feel the container jelly inside, but as soon as I started stretching on the circle walking, poof. Will be curious to see how this develops. Working on keeping the same mental and body feel at all times in the various exercises.

Morning training. Found a new path to walk and a tree to walk around.
