Kirk7 Devil's, about 6 hours from my house. It was just a group of us running it on our own, we call this a fat ass no stations, no markers just a couple fat asses plodding along
It was 46 km and 1700m gain. This is the run where I was out for 11 hours and felt great. This is the run that, while tough, taught me I could survive for long distances and be out a long time. How I felt here ultimately convinced me I could do the 100k next month.

KimberleyDo any other #runnersofmastodon have any experience with using GU Roctane Ultra Endurance Electrolyte Capsules, or something similar? Any recommendations for the best time to make use of them?
My pre-race gel (Maurten) has 35mg of sodium. I'm pairing it with a Ketone-IQ but it might help to add some electrolytes? (The first half of the race is a 6.5mi strenuous uphill climb at altitude.)
Any insights from other users of electrolyte tablets/capsules welcome.
