Is remote/hybrid work increasing how far away workers live from the corporate office?
If so, it may make in-person meetings more burdensome if scheduled on short notice. That's particularly the case for people who must travel the day before and stay in a hotel, in order to attend a full day in the office.

- I think the blue background at home have too much cognitive load.
- I like the sidebard (nice point) but, can you collapse the upper folder tool?
- Can I collapse the sidebar too?
- Personaly i ussually navigate across the tabs and If I have 4/5 folders and at the same time I have 9/10 tabs opened, there will be many usability problems to find a specific one in the sidebar. I think the point is to minimize the cognitive / visual load
