I've managed to spin up a #mastadon #instance (using docker on #digitalocean), but I'm unclear on how to go about granting admin access as specified in https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/blob/master/docs/Running-Mastodon/Administration-guide.md

Do I need ruby outside of the container as well, or how do I go about execution inside the container?
