I need to explore ADHD-friendly and secure login methods on Linux, that can have a backup login method.

Any good sources on this topic?

Edit: “login” as in desktop environment login.
Edit: LUKS would probably fall under this, but it's a bit easier as you can have multiple keys. No MFA though.
