@drahardja I know many people like that.

They’re building rainbow cycle tunnels in Norway. Nice video by Critical Mass Bergen. 📽️

"But wait, won't somebody think about the poor cars?"

Wieder einmal von den Behörden ge***** worden.

Die Wut. Die Machtlosigkeit. Die Hilflosigkeit. Alles zusammen echt schlimm.

Leute, bitte achtet echt darauf, niemals chronisch krank zu werden. Das, was euch dann blüht, das haut selbst die härtesten endgültig nieder.

📄✨ New paper! Emilie Ma (https://kewbi.sh/) and I looked at the problem of users of end-to-end encrypted apps recovering their private keys if their device is lost, broken, or stolen. We found a cryptographic approach that is usable, decentralised, and resilient against social engineering https://arxiv.org/abs/2507.21122
I'm Emilie Ma // Kewbish.

Hi, I'm Emilie Ma (Kewbish), a student, software engineer, and researcher interested in distributed systems and how we can make the Internet a better place.

Ever wanted to do practical security research on platforms like iOS and Android? Obsessed with digging through system internals, tearing apart proprietary firmware and hardware or breaking down wireless protocols? Maybe you've spent weekends battling in CTFs?

✨📱 🐞💥 🔬 🛰️

I'm growing my team at Hasso Plattner Institute and am looking for a PhD student or Postdoc. It's a full-time, paid position in a supportive academic environment with a focus on impactful, real-world systems security research.

If you want to multiply two numbers together, a quick way to do it is to roll a few d10s and use their digits as the answer.

It's fast and very easy, but there is a little skill in knowing how many dice to use. Right now it sometimes hallucinates the wrong answer but dice tech is improving all the time so it's only going to get better from here on.

My research group has open positions for PhD students and Postdoctoral Researchers, starting fall 2025 or early 2026. Interested in advancing the state-of-the-art in automated verification of security or the cryptography underlying modern secure communications? Check out our website ( https://people.cispa.io/cas.cremers/index.html ) and application details ( https://people.cispa.io/cas.cremers/positions/ ).

I'm not sure about scrolling 2 documents simultaneously, but, yes, there are additional language packs. In fact, LibreOffice supports more global languages than MS Office does. (I checked this recently,)

For grammar checking, LibreOffice has a built-in spelling and grammar check. I've been using the add-on LanguageTool for the last few years, and it works great.

Tbs, the folks at the LO help forum are very friendly and knowledgeable.

@Jeramee

Thank you so much!
I will ask. I am curious.

The simultaneous scrolling is great, it allows me to check the text in both and to follow the same page.
