What's your falling asleep routine?
I've been listening to the same 3 audiobooks for years now. I'm a side sleeper, so I've got one in-ear headphone in my ear. It mostly stays in until morning.
Another thing I need is my "between the knees pillow". #actuallyAutistic #routines
