@samuelFRDE honestly easy to use trumps full fledged for me. Like I said, I mostly just want to be able to share my personal recipes and write some content for fun, not looking to go pro with it or anything

Thinking of starting a #cooking blog - nothing too fancy, not trying to quit my dayjob or anything, just want to share some of my favorite recipes for fun

Is #wordpress still the best tool for this sort of job?

Finally got the pitch adjustment mechanism working for my Dobsonian Fine aiming system! My goal is to have it sit entirely on the existing Dobsonian mount so that I can still use it as normal, but use the system to achieve much more precise aiming than the usual "tap it until it moves" method of precision aiming with dobs πŸ˜…

There's something just absurdly zen about organizing my #audiobook collection

I never even really sort/filter my library by genre, but I love knowing that all my books are in their correct niches

4 days into being non-weight bearing for my tibial stress fracture

Just got back from the podiatrist - apparently my persistent ankle pain is caused by a stress fracture from #running and am now in a boot with orders to keep weight bearing to an absolute minimum 😬 So no #cycling #running, or even walking without crutches

This with a baby due literally any day now as well - not idea to say the least

FINALLY some sunny weather to ride in

Was able to get out on some gravel for the first time and actually take a decent length ride without feeling the need to rush back to drain the water out of my shoes

#cycling #gravelcycling #fitness #outdoors

Podiatrist appointment coming up this Friday, hopefully she can provide a path to recovery for this ankle problem so that I can get #running again!

Now that I've got a bike, Triathlon training is calling my name..

@mikehaber I've been mostly sticking to roads with this weather, especially since I'm a newbie don't wanna risk wiping out in the mud or getting myself stuck πŸ˜…

Nice thing about gravel bikes though, they work well on the streets too!

@mikehaber It is! Absolutely loving it

Of course, it's been raining nonstop since it got here, but that hasn't kept me from logging a few hours on it πŸ˜…

Just making sure to wipe it down nice and good after each ride

Thanks for remembering! πŸ‘Œ
