It’s especially galling when they blame weather conditions for this when the other airlines at the airport (United, Frontier, Spirit lol) are still flying without issue. I think that’s the kicker
I’m especially lucky I didn’t check any bags with them because the people who did have no way to retrieve them until some indeterminate date because they can’t get them off all the aircraft they loaded them onto
Southwest really torched all the good will they had with me yesterday/today. I know the weather is out of their control, but when you cancel over 50% of your flights and shrug at everyone you’ve stranded for 3-4 days I don’t know why I would do business with you again

@yarrriv that’s probably more useful for smaller servers that are organized around a particular affinity group? Makes less sense for massive servers because that tab is impossible to follow it moves so quickly lol
