AustinSouthwest really torched all the good will they had with me yesterday/today. I know the weather is out of their control, but when you cancel over 50% of your flights and shrug at everyone you’ve stranded for 3-4 days I don’t know why I would do business with you again
I’m especially lucky I didn’t check any bags with them because the people who did have no way to retrieve them until some indeterminate date because they can’t get them off all the aircraft they loaded them onto
It’s especially galling when they blame weather conditions for this when the other airlines at the airport (United, Frontier, Spirit lol) are still flying without issue. I think that’s the kicker
