AI coding tools (like Claude Code) are blurring the lines between PMs and engineers: PMs can now ship code, devs are making more product decisions.
This shift will radically change how software teams have traditionally operated. But when traditional boundaries dissolve, there are real challenges for team culture: people will feel threatened, and there's the potential for jealousy and protectionism.
