I am still in awe after watching "The Internet Was Weeks Away From Disaster And No One Knew It" from #veritasium. Easily the best video I've ever seen explaining software vulnerabilities and other technologies in such a clear and concise manner.

Been interested in radio communications since I was 15. Unfortunately, my $dayjob keeps me pretty busy and away from RF.
I'm drawn to VHF+ weak signal communication and have VUCC on 6m (#3872) and 3cm (#270). You can also find me on HF if you look hard enough.
I still love science and hate computers.

Abraham Lincoln: 'Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the Earth.'
I feel like there's a chunk of the US Government that forgets, or ignores, that the government should benefit the people that live in this country. If you aren't helping the people then you have failed.
222 MHz Fall Sprint - 2025 Summary:
Total: Analog Qs = 2 Dig Qs = 6 Mults = 5 Total Score = 40
Tested a single loop antenna at ~30 feet as my other antenna was down for... maintenance. Heard a few weak stations when I first turn on the radio on voice but nothing too strong. Furthest contact I made was 132mi/213km away. All analog QSOs were made by sending the station a message on FT8 asking them to QSY to SSB. Thanks to all that were out there! #VHF #hamr
