@shantini I wasn't aware it was also an issue back in the states. Here in the UAE, I remember parents complaining that some of the cleaning staff at my old school were lower caste. Thankfully the owner of the school had no patience with their bs. She only cared about the quality of their work and invited those parents to find another school if they couldn't accept her chosen staff.
