"Ricordate quando ho dato all'Iran dieci giorni per raggiungere un accordo o aprire lo stretto di Hormuz - ha scritto il Tycoon su Truth - Il tempo sta scadendo, 48 ore prima che l'inferno si scateni su di loro. Gloria a Dio!".
Nel frattempo, a far preoccupare l'amministrazione di Washington è la sorte del pilota scomparso dopo l'abbattimento del suo F-15 in Iran. Si riaccende così l'incubo della Crisi degli ostaggi 1979, quando l'indomani della Rivoluzione islamica ben 52 cittadini Usa furono sequestrati per 444 giorni e usati come leva negoziale. Un episodio ancora oggi impresso nella memoria nazionale, che accelera infatti l'urgenza delle operazioni di ricerca in una lotta contro il tempo verso Teheran. Il regime avrebbe infatti offerto ricompense per chiunque consegni il pilota alle autorità.
Nel frattempo, il Segretario di Stato Marco Rubio ha notificato l'arresto di Hamideh Soleimani Afshar e di sua figlia. Sono le parenti di Qasem Soleimani, il capo della Forza Quds - unità d'elite dei Pasdaran - ucciso in un raid Usa nel 2020. "Fino a poco tempo fa erano titolari di una green card e vivevano nel lusso negli Stati Uniti. Afshar è la nipote del defunto generale iraniano Qasem Soleimani. È anche una fervente sostenitrice del regime iraniano, che ha celebrato gli attacchi contro gli americani e si è riferita al nostro Paese come al "Grande Satana". Questa settimana ho revocato lo status legale sia di Afshar che di sua figlia, che ora sono sotto la custodia dell'Ice, in attesa di essere espulse dagli Stati Uniti. L'amministrazione Trump non permetterà che il nostro Paese diventi un rifugio per cittadini stranieri che sostengono regimi terroristici anti-americani".

Le 25 Esfand (15 mars = 5 jours avant le nouvel an iranien: Nôrouz), puis on ouvrait les yeux et on était déjà le 13 Farvardin (13e jour de la nouvelle année iranienne).
