I might have captured something much better if I'd been paying attention to the aurora tracking sites. Kind of lucked out. Didn't think I saw anything but I did a bunch of long exposure photos and this one time lapse. Despite all the city lights and the limited extent of the aurora, you can just make out a tiny wave.
