One of the worst misfeatures of #Mastodon from a safety angle: If you get an abusive reply to your post, you can't remove it even by blocking the person. Even after blocking, your server still shows the abusive reply to everyone else.
There has been a patch ready to fix this for 2 years, 6 months, and 1 day. @Gargron has not approved it, and has provided *zero* explanation for why he will not allow it to be merged.

This is about the server not returning known subthreads started by people blocked by the post's author, not the viewer. e.g., if we have A â B â C â D â E, where a â b means âb replies to aâ, a...
I keep putting off getting an airbrush because I don't believe that my hobby space will support it.
I hobby at the same desk I work at for my job, in the bedroom but off to the side. It's far enough from the window that venting a spray hood out the window may not be practical.
How much value do y'all get out of using an airbrush? What safety steps do you take to prevent overspray or particulates lingering in the room?
