    During the first playtest with my new hill terrain piece, it quickly became apparent that while the sloped hills looked nice, they were slightly too steep and most minis could not be stood on the slopes successfully.

    I've begun the process of remodelling the slopes into rocky steps. Undercoat is on, but repainting is still needed.

    Painting is so satisfying. 😁

    I rushed the lava colors so as penance I'm going to have to redo them tomorrow. But overall quite happy with the look.

    With a bit of planning I can use the same approach as the lava tiles to create modular, connected river tiles. Just have to make sure the edges and corners line up.

    Here's a little personal project I've started - one where I'm repurposing some of my sci-fi designs (found on my YouTube channel) to make a backdrop of sorts... so this would be the base of a hab-block or similar.

    I still need to make several more of a similar size - but I think it's going to work :)
