I feel like it's gotten worse. If Covfefe happened today ... it'd end up in some proposal as the new name for Space Force... or Pennsylvania.

... OK now I'm freaking myself out because. Why else would he say anything about changing the name if there weren't a plan... always accuse others of what you will do next.

Maaan that state is gonna get renamed if we don't get this right. Count on it.

“An AI resume screener…trained on CVs of employees already at the firm” gave candidates extra marks if they listed male-associated sports, and downgraded female-associated sports.

Bias like this is enraging, but completely unsurprising to anybody who knows half a thing about how machine learning works. Which apparently doesn’t include a lot of execs and HR folks.
