The game and the programmer behind the game.

Before, units navigated the map using one giant 'Nav Mesh'. Whenever a new object is placed (or removed), the entire mesh updated.

Now, the map is made of many, tiny nav meshes. When an object is placed, only that single mesh needs updating!

@testman 💯🪖🦾

Size DOES matter.... unfortunately

I have variable height terrain! 🏔️ Sure, doesn't look ground-breaking (pun intended) ATM, but this is just a quick demo and I cant wait design more interesting maps around this. A couple of post processing shaders should also work some wonders!

🤔 Something doesn't look quite right....

@Fishrock yeah I think you're right. I'll put it on the list! Thanks for the feedback!
@Fishrock great idea! And right now there are some impact effects, but no dust. I could def do that for my larger projectiles. I have an issue right now with the hit markers, so sometimes it's hard to see the effects. I also want to add a little 'dust poof' on my bigger units when they fire, like tanks and artillery :)

New scout vehicle! Incredibly happy with how this little guy turned out. Thanks @SyphoticART for the awesome model!

@alkoclick no, you are not bothering me at all. These are awesome ideas dude! These are far better than anything I could come up with. I actually really like these and am noting them down. I really like the idea of the alien invasion honestly. My only concern is I don't want to get too futuristic or high techy. But the concept is great. I think a lot of this might depend on the type of units I am capable of creating that goes coincides with my art style
