Yes, war crimes by either side need to be prosecuted by the International Criminal Court.
No, never would I raise my voice for what passes as the Palestinian Liberation movement currently.
What an ugly movement it is.

A pro-#Palestinian march in Ottawa features a sign that says:
"Resistance Until Liberation"
Good and well.
One might venture to hope that also includes the liberation of #Gaza from military dictatorship.
It appears that back in 2007 #Hamas killed off a lot of vocal political opposition and left are people who do not demand or fight for democracy.

When I look at the faces of these two victims killed by #Hamas fighters at the music festival, I ask myself how many protests have there been in the streets of #Gaza in the past 10 years to demand the recommencement of democracy via free democratic elections?
How a people fight their cause matters!

At least half of young people in the United States have been neglecting their democracy for over 30 years. Successive young generations show this pattern.
In general history teaches us that a democracy is at risk when its citizens don't care about it.
