Rick the CardI'm a very cynical and paranoid person. I'm ok with that. I never give money to people who ask for it with a sob story because I automatically assume they are scamming me. I only give money when I get the urge to give to a specific cause and organisation. I give money every month more than once to various causes. I have to feel sure about where my money is going. I'm posting this because I get people following me to just ask for money...ain't gonna happen.

try setting Google Assistant instead of Gemini (may only work for some versions of Android & phones/tablets). Assistant then can be disabled in Settings > Apps.
Gemini App can't be disabled.
Also uninstall or disable "core safety" or similar named app. It's Google "spyware".
