It's not surprising that the Trump administration is relying on legal opinions by discredited racists to justify their attacks the 14th Amendment. But IMO the bigger problem is that SCOTUS even agreed to hear the case. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2026/03/30/trump-birthright-citizenship-supreme-court-case/
Trump officials cite white supremacists in bid to end birthright citizenship

An argument heading to the Supreme Court is built in part on a post-Civil War campaign that scholars say was steeped in anti-Black and anti-Chinese racism.

@itsfoss I switched to linux (just a user) circa 2003. Primarily for FLOSS principles, 2nd for security & 3rd to avoid software costs.

There were many issues - dial up, cdma, wifi issue; printer & accessories etc etc

Circa now literally everything works

But Sometimes i have to help people on micro$lop wincedows - literally every default software is shit. Their default PDF tool is enshittified shit. Installing new software is a pain. All software have muliple layers of enshittification.

Oops 🫣

And $33 billion already spent that could have kept ACA premiums from rising for millions.
story of AI batshit crazy Microslop in two pictures 🤣 they missed browser and mobile devices and now they started force feeding AI slop to everyone thinking that it will be chance of lifetime but guess what? it backfired. i am surprised it is only down 31%. they should go out of business for all these shity and intrusive practices.

Trump pardoned nursing home owner Joseph Schwartz just 3 months into his sentence for a $39 million fraud scheme.

Meanwhile, families who won multimillion-dollar wrongful death suits against Schwartz haven’t collected a cent.

A Nursing Home Owner Got a Trump Pardon. The Families of His Patients Got Nothing.

At least three families won multimillion-dollar wrongful death suits against former Skyline Healthcare owner Joseph Schwartz. They haven’t collected a cent.

I do not think Americans realise the far reaching economic consequences of having elected Donald Trump.

While the Danes have elected a new parliament which may push for less military purchases from the U.S., the citizens of Denmark have now presented two new citizen petitions: One requiring parliament to make it illegal to use Peter Thiel's Palantir AI surveilance software, and another one preventing the use of American technologies in our national health systems.

Welcome to the Trump economy.

Interesting to see Copilot injecting ads into PR descriptions. Although there are a handful of older instances of this, if GitHub search is working properly, it looks like this started happening at scale around 10 days ago with more than 1k injections of this particular ad per day since then (if you search for other ad strings, you can find the rate of other ads)

What will they think of next?
