What was meant to be a quiet week turned into a worky week (grrr) but I kept off social almost entirely, as per plan. It helps me recalibrate and refocus, and this year it helped me finalize the leaving of the birdsite.
Whew. Snapped that habit. One more bit of work to finish tomorrow and then taking off until the 3rd. LOVELY!

@WestCoastChelle dressing! My mom never measured, just eyeballed it. Taught me to make it the same way. Cracks me up every year when I make my shopping list. I just put down “stuff for dressing”! She also made bread by heart but I’m not so brave as to try that.

One of the youngs today said something was “fire”. I had to ask if she meant like ON FIRE or what.
