How do you know someone has #adhd? When chatting with you, they'll sometimes interrupt themselves. It's very specific; you'll know it when you experience it.
Also - merely the mind wandering astray is not by itself ADHD. My colleague at old job suggested that to me (in good faith), but turns out I just was extremely bored and unmotivated (not to mention #depression). At my current job where I *do* care, my random internet browsing went noticeably down.
