I would like to share my thoughts with the world.

A timely safety reminder from Natalie Horberg 🤔

#roadsafety #drivinglaw

Happy #GlobalWindDay!

Just a reminder that no country was ever invaded to steal their wind reserves.

It's time to switch to renewables.

I'm hardly an activist lol, i just became kind of upset from people's reaction on such long-going problem and wanted to say something about it too. If you feel like disagreeing with me, it's alright, but keep in mind that by doing that you're denying brand's bullshit, not the opinion of a random user.

If you wondering 'And what can you suggest if not support them?'. I suggest to look at Mastodon first. They don't need to change their original logo on LGBT one to show-off (even if they will it won't be a show-off, i mean about major brands who ARE showing-off). Not because they don't want to or don't care, but because people are KNOW they can be safe here. They can create any server they want, share any hobbies or thoughts (as long as it's not in a certain disgusting ways). Mastodon don't need to TRY to prove anything by changing a logo, they already cool and people are cool with them. Take an example from them, not from major brands.

I wrote this post back in 8th June when i started losing my patience from countless quarrels and felt like i wanted to write a post. And slightly edited it as well. SO, what's on my mind?

WHY the fuck is anyone surprised? I understand why people are upset, but they (you) upset for the wrong reasons. Because it's not brand's logos you should be worried about, but rather what they do. Logos are just a PERFORMANCE and nothing more. They don't care, never were and never will. Putting up rainbow logos is the cheapest way ever to not let the fire spread (le to not make people angry). There's a million, billion and trillion ways to express what you feel about anything or to do, and they did and doing NONE of those. Sure they also were selling LGBT merch before and similar stuff, but this is purely just for money and to somehow attract young audience into their stupid brands. It never meant anything as well. Do you remember when BLF hyped years ago across the whole internet? Brands did the same crap back then and ended it a year or so when a hype was gone. Your friends who's with you only when you're in a good state? People who are drowning animals and then rescuing them on camera? Your parents who's telling you how they proud of you only if you did a fucking homework? That's absolutely the same thing. Any brands who's just putting up LGBT logos and doing nothing else ACTUALLY useful are all performers. Even my local library doing that every year. They're putting up 10 flags above information desk, 1 slightly bigger one on the 2nd floor and 12-14 books on LGBT topics in front of the exit so it'll be the first thing for people to see. I counted out of curiosity. I'm visiting this library almost everyday and i NEVER saw these books there before (but all others - yes, every few weeks), because they're HIDING them. If they REALLY cared they would putted up at least flags for all year long.
Just to clarify, i don't have anything against ordinary people who's selling LGBT merch. Because they're not brands and don't shitton of money to do something bigger. Also i don't attack indie-creators in general unless they did something BAD. But if there's any of you who's selling merch ONLY on pride month this is not quite good of you. Do you really care or you need money and popularity only.

I don't give a fuck about brands and their everyjune performance so it's not upsetting me personally as i always knew about this, but ordinary people's reaction is surprising to me on many levels, because i was sure majority of people know about this. I understand how you might feel, that it's sad and upsetting and you should be upset over something bad. But it's always have been true, that's not a new 2026 thing. That's what you should care about the most, not brand's logos.

A few more examples with links that can prove my opinion right (i stumbled on them accidentally, so decided to add here as well). I checked and rechecked information to make sure i'm not spreading bullshit by myself.
- Brands who have donated to anti LGBT politicians including McDonald’s who put up a rainbow logos this year (also who the fuck donates to them in their right mind) why.https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/pride-month-anti-gay-politicians-companies-b1862009.html
- The list of many companies that stopped sponsoring LGBT events for different reasons, some of them after DECADES of support (for money ofc) https://www.advocate.com/news/companies-that-stopped-sponsoring-pride#rebelltitem9

Actually i'm pretty sure that there's many ordinary people who have the same or similar opinion, but i didn't saw any except one video on yt so far. So i can't know. Also i want to draw something about this topic, got an idea while thinking about it (but this crap gave me a terrible headache with a 4.5 hours of sleep so i don't want to do anything with it so far).

RE: https://wandering.shop/@kagan/116751002717736984

This post reminded me about my mother who once in a while keeps making sure that i'm straight and don't really know what gays are (by pretending i barely understand what she's talking about and ignoring her words that gays are freaks). I long ago stopped fighting with her about anything because i'm tired, but for some reason she rarely keeps saying that. By allowing others to give random guys y phone number, asking when i'll marry and have beautiful children with a rich guy or AT LEAST marry a guy, jokingly asking if i like girls or what, very worrisome asking if i want to change sex or what because of the way i act, curiously asking if i like that guy standing nearby, with terror in her eyes VERY rarely asking if i'm pregnant because i like to eat weird combos. Actually i'm bi, but that doesn't mean i want to date or fuck with a guy, even i happens to see an attractive one. This story is way fucking long to tell.

I'm completely exhausted once again. I don't want to hear any of this including these questions. ALL this could and can be avoided if i was just acting like a normal girl, prioritizes males and family "traditions". But guess if i want to destroy myself in that way. I'd rather be suffering like that than this.

This is the last thing you see before something bad happens.

Disabled people both need and deserve adequate, affordable and available support systems.

Far too many of us are relying on abusive caregivers because there are no other options.

It’s incredibly hard to heal or even exist when you’re trapped in an abusive situation.

We are also far more likely to experience physical abuse and sexual assault because we are dependent on others.

That dependency makes us easy targets.

If we had adequate safety nets that ensured independence and autonomy, we would be much better off.

I plan to write an article about this when I recover my baseline from my move… but for now I will just say if you’re experiencing abuse .. you’re not alone.

You don’t deserve it.

You didn’t do anything wrong.

You deserve safety, comfort and love.

One day I hope we will all have that.

Here's a thing.

Ask any child what noise a train makes and they'll probably say "chugga chugga choo choo."

Funny thing is that pretty much no one alive today was around in the days when trains - powered by steam - made that sound.

The stories we're told are powerful, often even more powerful than the evidence of our senses. We think trains sound like that cos we're told they sound like that.

Stories are powerful; be careful with the stories you tell.

"we need to know your age" no you don't

You already know my habits, my marital status, my job and future prospects, how many kids I have (or want), where I live, who I live with, who I live around, who my parents are, how much money I make, how much money my parents made, what kind of car I drive (or don't), what food I buy at the store, how long I've had my bank account, what kind of computers I've used, what books I read, what kind of laundry detergent I buy, what my favorite color is, who my favorite artist is, what my favorite show is, and what my favorite historical period is.

You don't need my age, you took everything else.
