I love borage so much. Grows well in poor soil, with tiny blue star-shaped flowers all summer that bees love.
The #flowers are edible, but tricky to pick without damaging them (pinch the black centre, and twist).
They look nice in salads and on cakes, but wither fast unless chilled.. so they're best in drinks!
Mint leaves/borage / ice / drink. Or floating in wine glasses (they turn pink!)
