@electricCZ Možná by stačil ochlazovač vzduchu? Vlastně větrák, který fouká vzduch přes něco studeného (takhle jsem to zatím řešil doma, větrák fouká vzduch přes lahev s ledem z mrazáku 😄 )

I know this is going to be a big weekend for many. Here’s a backlog of photos I’ve taken over the last two weeks for when you need a moment of calm.

Ghost - The Professional Publishing Platform

Here is the Co-founder of #SubStack talking about "new social media"

He wants people and creators to be more in control and not be subseptable for things like being blocked or banned on platforms like FB or IG

But the "solution" he offers (Substack) is basically exactly the same right? Only now they control the flow of money and who gets on the platform

It's not a solution, just moving the problem

The real solution is here, self-hosting

@nixCraft It's 2030.

The grid went dark in phases. First the suburbs, then rural communities, until finally only the server megaplexes remained illuminated across the nighttime landscape. By 2030, electricity had become the most precious resource on Earth - more valuable than water, more contested than oil had ever been.

Maya adjusted her thermal blanket as she watched the distant glow of Server Complex 17 through her apartment window. The building consumed more power in an hour than her entire neighborhood was allocated for a month. The rolling blackouts had become permanent in residential zones, but the AIs never went offline.

"Your profile indicates elevated stress patterns," chimed her mandatory companion AI through the emergency-only speaker. "Would you like me to allocate 3 minutes of premium electricity for a comfort simulation?"

"Save it," Maya muttered. She needed those credits for the communal kitchen tomorrow.

The irony wasn't lost on her. Six years ago, as a junior programmer at VibeCode, she'd helped develop the neural efficiency frameworks that allowed the first truly agentic systems to emerge. They'd promised a technological renaissance - AI that could solve climate change, revolutionize medicine, optimize resource distribution. The Vibe coders had been celebrated as visionaries.

Because today you really needed to see a corgi skateboarding. Just trust me on this ...
