Taking joy in simple things I took for granted prior to getting sick. A shower feels amazing after over a month working around tubes with a washcloth. That long walk down the road to the mailbox is a slow pleasure. I can do little chores in the house and play with the cats. Still have a ways to go, but health feels like a treasure.
