October Kodak EasyShare Z1485 IS Photography

NO KINGS! NO KINGS! October was a bit chilly for photography walks, so I don't have many pictures from this month. I was able to take my camera to the No Kings Protest on October 18th. There was not a cloud in the sky, and the sun shone with a crisp, yellow-gold light on our protest. Over 100,000 people marched with us in the heart of Minneapolis. The #KodakM38 is a fully plastic, reusable film camera. It's basically similar to a disposable camera, except you can reload it instead of throwing it away. There isn't much to worry about. Just load the camera, decide whether or not to use the flash, take your pictures, and hope for the best. I used 17 rolls of film with this camera and achieved some decent results. I received the camera as a gift two years ago, and it truly reintroduced me to #filmphotography. Soon after, I started again looking at my local flea market differently. A plastic piece broke or fell off—I wasn't sure. I tried opening it and started to feel hopeful about fixing it. But quickly, a spring jumped out, and another piece fell out. I had no idea where any of the pieces belonged, and my engineering dreams vanished. As a final act, I disassembled it completely and extracted all the pieces. I painted a stretched canvas red and glued all the pieces onto it. This is it.
