Yet again, Oscar is eying up my fizz - the pup has good taste, as it’s #BillecartSalmon Brut Rosé. I’ve clearly taught him well 😆🥂🍾 @BinTwoWine

One of my favorite shoots from last year. My amazing yogi master friend B.A. hails the wonderful Fizzy Bum Bum 2 from the lovely @BinTwoWine folk.
We shot this outside the Yoga studio B.A. runs in Brighton in the UK called Yoga in the Lanes. Opposite a pub so once we had drunk all the Fizzy bum bum we went to the pub.

Hi, hive mind. Off to Thailand next week and I’m looking for recommendations of cool places to eat, drink and generally have a good time in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Any suggestions?
I'm not one for gimmicky wine but have to admit this Croatian wine, aged in the sea, was not only fun to open it was a decent wine. #wine #winelover #croatianwine
@BinTwoWine @Leila_nougayrol @Lizgabay Leave it to Liz to kick off her inaugural Mastodon post with the most thoughtful and engaging thread of the week. #bows
@Lizgabay I prefer consistent winemakers more than consistent wine. Winemakers who take what the growing season has given them and make something good from and indicative of those respective seasons. Of course, more people want the same wine in the glass all the time, which as @megmaker indicated, is fine for many people (perhaps far too many people) but also why industrial wines are financially successful. It is also why (too) many people never stray from one or two grape types or regions.

@Lizgabay Yes and no. A given #wine should conform to broad stylistic and regional expectations, but should also express vintage and other (preferably pleasant, but you never know) surprises.

Personally, I don't want a wine manufactured to be flawlessly consistent each year. Industrial wines are like this, and that's fine for many people.

But I value the way that wines express place, and place is variable.

@BinTwoWine small Christmas order in. A bit unadventurous perhaps, but they are all good!
