My German friend's just phoned to say her daddy's trying to make her go to rehab. I told her to call 999.
An old one, sadly still relevant.
Crumb shots of my multi-seeded sourdough (see recipe from previous posts) using a Colorado starter, 10% cracked wheat, 20% home milled flour (using a Mockmill 100), 60g olive oil, zest 1 lemon, sage, rosemary and 700g very strong Canadian white flour. #sourdough #baking #colorado #breadposting #bread #canada #mockmill #milling #lemon #sage #rosemary #lemonzest

@sourdough2021 Not so dark inside. It was only a splash! It tastes a bit fruity/malty but distinctively nice. It’s a good game, this. I couldn’t have done it without you Mr S!

Just followed your Plumb Bread recipe. Thanks for tooting!
It was first class! Ordered a few cheeses from The Cheese Geek which went down very well with the ‘bread’.

When joined, I was worried about what's appropriate to share here. But, I've come to the conclusion that it should be whatever I genuinely feel like sharing, as long as it's not unkind, hateful, inconsiderate, or polarizing.

I may make mistakes along the way, but I like to think we'll treat each other with grace for taking the risk of being vulnerable.
